"Reception were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean and fresh. Breakfast was really good and being vegetarians, the staff catered for us. Being close to the centre, we were able to walk in the city and enjoy the Christmas markets. "

"We did enjoy our 11 night stay but felt the room wasn't adequate for such a long stay. We did see if we could move/upgrade whilst we were there but felt the superior rooms were an odd shape with even less floor space and the couch didn't even face the TV. Things we like: proximity to city, quiet despite city location. Things we didn't like: the parking, breakfast became mundane, the fridge in the room was pointless, the kettle was too big to put under the tap, the shower went all over the...
