"Great location and price was good for Christmas in NYC. Rooms were very small and beds were ok comfort wise but mattresses were covered in a hard plastic that made noise every time you moved. And our window had a terrible draft. The kids room we booked next door to ours had no hot water and the staff couldn’t tell us how to fix it. "

"The staff were friendly. However everytime they serviced the room, they will forget something. I requested to top up shampoo a few times but it was not done. The breakfast area was very small, usually packed till have to share or wait for space. But the breakfast provided was pretty good since it was complimentary. This place is very convenient as it’s walkable to top attractions in the central. The room size is quite small for 2 double beds."

Room was clean except the comforter which has blood stains and the towel that was given was full of hair. Got a new towel without any issues. It was a place to stay if youre looking for a 3 or 4 star this isnt it. If youre here to be within walkable distance to pretty much everything (we walked to chinatown 1 hour) then this is a good spot. We walked back from Madison Square Garden...

"The staff accommodated to all my needs in a timely manner & always pleasant .. the location was perfect right by the subway and a ten minute walk to Times Square .. the room has no phone or blowdryer that was a downside but other than that for location and safety and staff that are pleasant as you all were even the housekeepers!!! I’ll stay here again in the future for sure."
