If you’re looking to visit New York without breaking the bank, I would recommend. The location was in a prime location, so close to Times Square and lots of shopping and restaurants. They should definitely remodel this property because it could be amazing with some remodeling. "

"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

"My wife and her friend rented this place for a long weekend to visit some friends in NYC- the apartment was really nice and comfortable and located close to a lot of places or to public transport - the amenities were mostly great - would loved to have had more hand-towels and also basic kitchen items like salt and pepper! Would highly recommend and will come back - thanks for the great weekend."

"We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. "Amazing views! This a great condo to spend your time in NYC. Easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. Has everything you need to cook and is very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. The best part, however, is the great city views both day and night. "

"My son and I went to NYC for Spring Break. This apartment is walking distance to Columbus Circle, which makes it easy to get around. Food and groceries are also within walking distance. I really enjoyed the backyard space. Check in was tricky because we flew in and did not arrive until after 5pm."
