"Pros : Great welcome from Jack. Shown to room 3 which was a double en-suite. Perfectly adequate for us. Nice clean bedding and a clean shower and wc. The room was tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. A small compact room with a well stocked tea tray. The weather was lovely so it was great to open the window fully for a nice breeze. "Lovely accomodations in pub with handy location. Room nice size, clean and friendly staff. It is above a pub so might need ear plugs if want total quiet. Also no one on site overnight and separate back door entrance after hours, which is now by an outdoor bar for summer. "

"we understood on booking that water bottle was supplied in the room and breakfast available. Neither of these evident on check in. only for a call to the guest from ourselves to ensure they were ok was this issue identified."
