"It’s in Ginza, so you can expect any rooms to be very very small - the room was indeed tiny, with barely enough room to open my suitcase. Saying that however, it is Japan, so there’s a good chance it’ll be clean and safe - which it was. The toiletries are in the lobby, you choose the ones you want before you get in the elevator. They give you laminated a4 instructions for help when you checkin, and in your room. The shower/bath-tub is half size, with a curtain and just about fits a toilet in...

"TLDR: This is a perfectly acceptable hotel. Nothing too special, nothing bad. The Roppongi area is incredibly expensive, so I do not recommend staying here if you are on a budget (especially if you want a quick bite to eat like me, who did not research enough). The room was tiny (even for Japan) yet comfortable, and the HVAC was nice. The TV didn't really do anything unless you want to pay for a random TV service, but there were lots of freebies. "

"Great hotel, but do not recommend the restaurant in the 5th floor. It’s high priced and the food is less than average at best. I’m not sure why they have this restaurant open when they have one in the lobby which is great! It has been closed the last few times we’ve been at the hotel. All this said, there are not a lot of options in the area other than 7-11 which will provide you a legit meal. It pains me to write this as we use this hotel often when flying out of Haneda (very convenient). "
