"It’s a good location and very clean. My only disappointment was the elevator breaking often, resulting in long waits. The hotel is 21 story high. Out of the two elevators one kept breaking. The breakfast is okay. Staff is very nice, especially the housekeeping is top notch."

"I think the hotel was pretty good, there’s still some fixture and updates that needs to be done , you can telll that this hotel was pretty old especially the location. The windows needs to be wiped on the outside area of it . The bathroom was okay . My only issue was the scene of the hallway it’s very old . "

"The staff at the hotel are so kind and accommodating. The hotel is situated beautifully between Times Square and Hell’s Kitchen/Restaurant Row. It is a simple and low frills hotel, but beds were comfy and showers were hot, and the employees were wonderful!"

"Some of the staff were really lovely and helpful. It was difficult to get things sent to the room. I had to call for some extra towels three times before they arrived and the girl I spoke to sounded miserable and annoyed. The room was basic, no amenities like water or coffee. But the bed was pretty comfortable. We chose the hotel for the hot tub and went down on our first night. I have never seen a more disgusting pool. It looked like it had never been cleaned, the water was cloudy and the tiles...

"This place was so nice! The staff is super friendly and welcoming! Super close to a lot of things, we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms don’t have the best lighting but that is really my only complaint. Definitely will stay here again!"
