"Totally unacceptable policy of check out time of 9:00am! The normal check out time for other similar units and properties in the area is 11:00am. Check in time is 4:00pm and the only way to extend the check out time was an additional fee (not even a full day). Completely inflexible when they acknowledged there was no one checking in the same day as my departure. Will never rent from Southern Vacation Rentals again."

"The property was as listed. A nice quiet, functional get away and be able to have home cooked meals, the ease of getting around in the area. The overall room was a nice set up. The bed sat a little higher than an average bed, so for someone that s short in stature, may need a step of some sort. Everything was comfy, the bed as in all hotels, condos is a touch saggy on right side, but if you arrange your self, it's comfortable. The balcony is nice to sit out on and enjoy the view.
