"As a Gold member of Marriott Bonvoy, I expected more from my 8-night stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Benaulim, but the experience fell short in several key areas. "Hotel is good and food is excellent. However, commuting is a problem to and from this place. A lot of scam by the taxi; drivers bargain the agreed price at the last moment because of which we had to cancel our program of the day. This was annoying and frustrating to a tourist. Unless one has a private vehicle, it’s useless coming to Goa; otherwise staying inside the hotel is the only option for you."

"Family trip to India from USA. 2 rooms, 2 people per room. Husband/Wife, 2 sons. Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways. Nice balconies! the front Desk should help travelers get Taxi's and speak enough English to make tourism...

"My overall experience at Ginger hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service I received was unmatched. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also a great addition. The only downside would be the area outside/ in front of the hotel which was a bit dirty however, it seemed as if work was being completed. I'd still highly recommend this hotel."
