「Some of the kindest and most helpful front desk staff that I have experienced. Room was totally fine and the facilities are good. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty. Very convenient to the train station, but otherwise the location is not anything. If you need to be by the train station, you’re not gonna do better. 」

「What an amazing stay! The staff was absolutely superb, and the food was delicious. The dining staff became like family - one of the chefs invited my son into the kitchen, gave him a chef’s hat and allowed him to cook his own egg for breakfast. 「This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. 「We had a great stay. The property was close the beach and had shops near by. Low cleanliness rating only given as there was a room service tray in the hall near our room for two days. It only disappeared when we requested someone removed it (housekeeping didn't take it away). Restaurant staff were great and check in and out were fast. If we come back to India we would definitely stay again.」

Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways.
