“The room was very nice. We have no complaints about the comfort of the bed, and the suite area was nicely arranged. The Keurig coffee maker was inoperable, due to the lid not remaining closed. In the latrine, we found feces on the wall above the toilet paper holder. We let the front desk know about these issues before we left. I also thought that more attention was needed at the front entrance. Fallen leaves in the foyer and front lobby that are allowed to blow in from the carport area, and……

“Property grounds were in some disrepair, e.g., missing downspouts so rain poured down from the 3 story roof onto landscape beds that consisted of mud and no grass or plants. There was a $12 per day parking fee in an untended outdoor lot which we didn’t know about beforehand. ”

“Son’s birthday weekend spending time with granddaughter. We were pleased with the hotel overall, saddened that the pool was closed. The staff said it had been closed for the past 7 months! Disappointed granddaughter as she loves to swim. ”
