"Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available. Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it."

"Decent rooms/bathrooms with okay soundproofing. Not much around the immediate area, but the hotel offers a very nice breakfast buffet and the staff are excellent! The hotel only having one elevator is quite the inconvenience. In exchange, the hotel offers a unique guests-only parking spot that you can use freely all day for only 1000 yen!"

"This has been my second stay at Hotel Abest Shinanjo Ekimae for business. It is one of those basic but functional three star provincial business hotels. It is very conveniently located within a 2min walk from the train station and within a stone’s throw of very good local restaurants and shops.
