“The property was very nice and clean, spacious complementary coffee tea in the mornings. Nice clean rooms close to many restaurants good soul food to eat Beale Street around the corner. And it’s sitting on the right spot of the city”

“We stayed 2 nights seperated by 2 nights at the doubletree by Hilton hotel in Columbia SC. Although the rooms were simular, the service could not have had more contrast. We were greeted by Samantha both nights we stayed at the Hyatt in Germantown. Samantha was helpful, friendly and reflected a person who was happy in their workplace. Tne doubletree people we encountered were cold and more concerned with something other than us as we checked in. My son and I made this 5 night trip to go to……

“The breakfast was off the chain. I didn’t like that they didn’t automatically clean the room everyday. Only upon request. I was locked out of my room after leaving the hotel for dinner. The staff was excellent and very helpful.”
