"Front desk was sympathetic for our room not being ready at 3pm. We were given a text maybe around 4pm or 5. Not quite sure over a month later but everything was fine. We did have to wait on towels to be cleaned before we received enough for the whole family. We were in town for the Grizzlies vs Spurs ..."

"We came to town for a basketball game and a little sight seeing. Great location and a very beautiful space. Convenient to Downtown, Civil Rights Museum, FedEx Forum and the riverfront.
