"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the wonderful staff to the spacious apartment hotel room. Check in was not until 3pm so we were able to store our luggage while we roamed around. When we returned to check in, the staff advised us that our luggage was already delivered to our room. This was excellent customer service and we appreciated it. We will definitely stay here again. "This propery is elegantly docorate and well located property with large parking lots (#1 and #2) with Yunokawa onsen, restaurant and botanic garden nearby. "The staff provided the 'Superb' service. I stayed at the annex building which was a bit dated but totally clean for 4 weeks. I had access to sauna, washing machine, dryer, kitchen sink, microwave, ice machine & Free breakfast. It took me 11 minutes to walk to Goryōkaku where I could enjoy viewing the cherry blossom & I loved it. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Hakodate again during cherry blossom season, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again. "

"Few mins walk from JR Hakodate station, and the tram station is directly in front of the hotel which makes traveling a breeze. Breakfast is provided and it was a decent meal. Will come back again! "
