"Had a lovely twin corner room. Staff n chamber provide good service. Bf is excellent. Being on the outskirt to tokyo, u can gi on a day trip easily. I would stay again if its not too pricey."

"Stayed 6 nights at Sunroute plaza. Overall great experience. Conveniently located to station and walking distance to main city area. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check in/out on a kiosk is quick and easy. The only negative for me was the uncomfortable pillow and the bed was a little firm. Other than that the stay was a solid 4/5. "

"Very clean hotel. Could use some shelves to hold packing cubes. I did hang things up. Great location. Close to subways to travel all over Tokyo. Staff were so helpful with directions. I think they should provide a bottle of water for each day instead of just first day. I did refill my bottle at breakfast. A 12 minute walk to the airport limousine which was great!! "

"The three of us, a grandchild and two grand parents from US stayed in 2 rooms. Everything was very well organized and there were many amenities but I must say the rooms were tiny. The bed is up against the wall so to get out you have to crawl over your sleeping partner. I did not try the spa facilities but they looked good. The amazing thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is a huge buffet at a very good price with salad and chicken and meats and Japanese breakfast foods and espresso—...
