"We liked the modern design of the room and lounge option. Downsides is the bathroom is too small and no place to put the clothing or hang the towel and the heating kept going up even we turned it down."

"The hotel is very clean and cozy. The room is spacious and clean with a very nice view of Fuji mountain. The bath tub is in a heart shaped which is very cute. Food is great with very nice staff and wonderful service. Recommended for everyone, especially family. Hot spring is also nice and u can enjoy private space easily. Very great experience!! "
