"I have stayed at this hotel for one night stays for six times in the last four months. The one thing that I truly know that they need to upgrade is the fact that they don’t have USB ports to plug in your phones watches iPads, etc. this really needs to be updated."

"The check-in front desk staff was congenial and helpful in the early evening. When I checked out, the early morning gentleman was tired and seemed grumpy. My room with king bed was nice and clean. I used the gym and I thought it was well equipped for a hotel. I ordered take out from the restaurant at the hotel (veggie burger), and it was good and they smothered the sandwich with fries. "Old building, but clean and updated. Cable cars go right down the street. Nice lobby. I traveled with my daughter and the two double beds was perfect. Short walk from Powell St BART station makes getting to and from the airport seamless. Cheap and frequent buses take you to all the sights in SF. Good"
