"Very bare minimum facility. Small rooms. Note that the advertised airport shuttle only runs during very limited hours of the day. Near a train station that can take you to the airport. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast. "

"The hotel is within walking distance to Odawara train station. Rooms and towels are clean. Self check-in and check-out. The only issue is the toilet is really small."

"Great location! Minutes walk to the Yokohama station. Sogo and various malls all around the area. Hotel is very new and the provided room is spacious for us 2 adults with 2 tweenage kids. Like how the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Beds are wide enough for sharing with a kid. Provided amenities are excellent too. My kids loved it too!"

"Staff and desk personnel are nice, very approachable. Clean property, they clean the units everyday. They provide toiletries. Foods in the hotel cafe are okay and affordable, but they have the same food everyday. "

"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

"The staff made everything easy for us. It was extremely helpful to have a washer/dryer and microwave. Very convenient and near a shopping area, not too far from the train station. I would stay there again if I’m in the area. "
