"Amazing "

"Great budget accommodation. This hotel is not far from Bluewater shopping centre. It’s less than 10 mins drive. Our room was clean and comfortable. The food in the pub was delicious and the pub is next to the hotel building. Easy and quick check in, there is a box to return your key for a check out. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, definitely recommended. "

"I stayed 6nights and it was ok for the price and since am out until 8-9pm everyday. My room was upgraded to a family room which I didn’t really need as I was solo. I should have asked to move to a double room as it became very noisy with kids running around , screaming, banging on walls and slamming doors in the middle of the night or early mornings. A few days I had to wake up at midnight or at 1-2am due to loud noise on the hallway and doors slammed. My room is very outdated and old. The A/C ...

"It was close to all transport and shopping areas."

"Great staff, especially raffi, room was fine, clean but no fridge or iron but the family room was roomy. Good value. It’s easy to get into central londo, take the 111 bus outside front of hotel to terminal 2&3 at Heathrow, then the Piccadilly tube/subway into central London. "

"The hotel had elevator problems during my stay. Crowded breakfast get there early. Clean comfortable rooms might be a little tight got two people. Great towels and awesome bar area"

"Ideal if you had an early morning flight from gatwick. The direct passage to the north terminal was short and simple. The restaurant at the hotel was not bad - food was decent and of good value. Would stay there again if I had an early flight to catch "
