"When I arrive, I waited for the caretaker to attend to me around 45 mins. He shouted and humiliated me in the building. Asked for deposit of $400 HKD (I don’t know if too much or normal) I booked a room for 2 and attempted to ask for additional $100 for my companion. The room is not ideal for stay. Only one person can stand and the other one stays sat down. Literally “coffin room”. Returns only half of my deposit even if he told me check out is 10-11am and I checked out 10:45am! TOTAL SCAM! "The location is convenient, close by to transport & amenities. It's our 2nd stay here before it's rebranded with a scaled down service. They do not provide bottled water/teas, does come with kettle, mugs & fridge. It's no frills, clean, very compact but comfortable. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbours, but for the price point & the comfort, it's a give & take. However, on working days, just outside the hotel, leading to it's entrance, the floors will be oily or grimy due to the...
