"Friendly staff and great location. Especially appreciate the design of separating shower and toilet into two area. The whole property is designed well with cozy atmosphere."

"The location is fantastic; it is in the Gothic District and very close to many museums and churches. However, the hallways inside the hotel are very dark. It doesn't match the vibe of the lobby which is modern and bright. The service people are just ok. They are not too friendly. They need to smile little bit to make the guest feel welcomed. "

"The hotel was clean, great bed that made for good sleep. Decorated nice and bathroom was beautifully tiles. Window with balcony had metal shutter to help with street noise. Terrace on fifith floor was not open so was disappointed. "

"Great location. A little hard to get to the hotel with all luggage since cars not allowed in old city, but instructions were clear enough. Hotel offers parking at sister hotel which is a 20min walk. Location of hotel is great. Friendly staff and rooms quiet enough. Good value."

"Great location. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and new washrooms and room. Comfy beds. Big social space with comfy clinches and chairs. Good kitchen with everything you need, even things like oil, salt and pepper. This is not the most social hostel though, there weren’t any events in the hostel although they do use a company for daily activities ."
