"Hotel was ok. Location good for walking around but carrying ski gear to gondola base daily is a pain. Main annoyance was the barely warm water for showers each day. Not very pleasant after a long day skiing Hotel overall quite dated. Staff were friendly and professional as always in Japan"

This is our first time visiting Niseko for snowboarding and coming from Canada where visiting Banff and Lake Louise multiple times is our yearly tradition, we are completely blown away by this visit. The hotel has all the amenities required for the most wonderful stay. Breakfast has everything you can imagine, very tasty (I especially like the miso soup and healthy options available). "The staff were amazing! Best price in town. We took the shuttle every morning and then walked back after skiing. The breakfast was free and I decided to skip it but the Ramon restaurant at night was really tasty. Our skis were safe and in a warmed locker. Really wonderful overall."

"Property is operated like a vending machine. No staff to check you in. This was ok. The rooms were very small and cramped but I was expecting this as we booked budget accommodation. Would have given it more stars except they only provided 1 pillow each which meant that we didn’t sleep well. "

"This is the best hotel I have ever experienced. A perfect location for ski in/out, the rooms are so beautifully designed and appointed, and the staff were so lovely. The one bedroom that we had, has the largest bed I've ever seen, must be two double beds out together to form a mega super king. A big shout out to Gemma, Kimberly and Oscar for being so helpful and lovely. We will definitely return for our next snow trip next year. "
