“Buffet breakfast wasn’t good. Neither was food and service in port 74 restaurant. Room service skipped giving us everything that was supposed to be included in the dish then tried to charge us when asked for it and they got it separately. Room phone didn’t work properly and they didn’t change it even though we asked in our 5 days stay. Housekeeping was great. The Italian restaurant was superb and their service. Icecream is delicious. Ghooster reaturant service was BAD but food was yum. He……

“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk……

“Two grown ups and one kid 4 yrs old, 5 night stay, without all inclusive. Location is good, short distance from ferry. Good pools, classic croatian beach 3-5mins walk from our room. Room is big and good ac, cooking facilities and fridge. A lot of activities to do inside the area both for adults and kids. ( just check the time slots in the reception) Negative: expensive parking, kind of tricky to understand finding the reception. ”

“房間超級小，可能只是一號房是這樣，但真的住得很不方便也不舒適。訂的是有一張雙人床的房，如果兩個人住帶著兩個行李箱，沒有足夠的位置讓你打開行李，行李箱打開後連行走的空間都沒有。浴室也很窄，浴室門很難鎖上，洗澡時水會越來越冷。地理位置很好，離巴士站和海邊很近，但酒店門前有一條很窄的樓梯，抬著行李箱上落會非常累。早餐一般。最好的是前台人員的服務，有禮貌並樂意幫忙。”

“Un excellent séjour dans ce très belle hôtel . Petit déjeuner parfait, piscine sur le toit avec ces salons très agréables. Tout était parfait, pas trop loin du centre-ville avec bus n• 18 juste face à l’hôtel. Seul petit reproche le ménage dans notre suite et les lits n’ont pas été fait tous les jours…!”
