“I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me……

“ Just got back from Playa Mujeres (April 2025) and honestly—what an amazing experience! Everything was top-notch: the food, the rooms, the views… all just perfect. “Our stay was good. We had an easy check-in process w/ Emilano; gave us a room w/ a great view. Exceptional service w/ our server Karen. Celebrating a Birthday, she went above and beyond to make our dining experience at La Bodega great one! She also brought us our room service. There were minor cosmetic bathroom/sink upgrades that could be done & looks like they are being worked on. But who stays in the bathroom when you're in Cancun!! Grocery, Rx, shops and dinning options are within walking……

“This was our first time staying at Calypso Hotel Cancun. We normally stay at another accommodation nearby, but they were booked for the night we needed. Calypso exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were super friendly. The service was over-the-top. Victor at La Lupe was the best and guided our evening food choices. Cecelia was our breakfast concierge.
