“There was still hurricane damage, but they work through that just fine. Everything in the room was as it should be, my only complaint was the bathroom was dirty, hair in the tub, hair on the toilet paper molding. But Everything seemed fine for arriving at 1am and leave at 7am. The staff was great. We will stay here again. But i would absolutely like to have a cleaner bathroom!!!”

“Was fine for one night close to where we needed to be. It was nice to have a McDonald’s across the street and gas station right down the road. You can tell it’s an older place but remodeled nicely.”

“Kelly is an awesome host. Even though some of their property was damaged two weeks before by Hurricane Helene, they let us shelter there when our place was evacuated for Hurricane Milton. We have an old dog and a pet chicken which she allowed us to bring. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & all our needs were met.The cabin is really cute and very rural.”

“It was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we got in to the last moment. Will come back again and will recommended to anyone wanting to decompress and stay grounded. It is Nature at its best. The welcome of Benson and Trudy is beyond words! We felt like family! love the place, love the vibe and the animals are simply amazing....it makes you reanalize your life and see that the simple things are the most meaningful. Absolutely LOVE IT!”

“My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here! We built a fire, enjoyed the string lights in the evening, and we were only a 15 minute drive from the Florida Folk Festival. The bed was comfortable, nice shower, the kitchen had everything we needed. There were only a few little things I would improve- lamps and a night stand next to the bed, one of the burners didn’t work on the two burner stovetop, we couldn’t find the DVD remote, and the bathroom gets pretty warm without air circulation, so it……

“Was looking for a retreat from suburban life and found tranquility here. Was nice to sit back and relax after my bike rides. Loved sitting on the porch late afternoons, playing with Shin, feeding the horses & chickens.”

“This is a very nice home in a gated community. The master suite is amazing. The pool was heated to perfection and its really close to shops and Wal-Mart. My only complaint is there was no electric or water at the dock. We had a great time at this house. I highly recommend this property.”

“The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals.”
