We were there in mid-November 2024, so just at the start of the Manatee season and we were able to swim with a few, but there weren't piles of them as seen in pictures, that comes later in the season. We used the boathouse 2-person kayak to get out in the mornings and paddle up to swim in the springs which was a great……

“Very Cedar Key but with all the comforts. Our second story balcony overlooked the town. After a nice meal in town, my sister and I sat on the double swing chair, mesmerized by the propane firepit, and talked all evening. The perfect setting to get reacquainted!”

“We loved our stay in Homosassa. The unit was cozy and comfy. It was chilly in the area, but the heater worked to keep us warm. There was an electric fireplace on the wall, but we couldn't get it to work. Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit was all as advertised. Very clean. My only suggestion would be to have lights on when you enter and a fresh smell. It was a little dark with a musty closed up smell therefore the first impression was not the best. Once we were there and turned on lights, opened up the windows, turned on fans it was very nice with lots of books and games. Loved it❣️Beautiful sunrises❣️”
