“Amy’s place was perfect for our short getaway. Knock out kitchen and kayaking on the lake was great. Rainbow springs was a fun excursion. ”

We were able to have our dog with us and there is a nice backyard where we could play fetch with her. The place is clean and well kept. There is both a back porch and a front porch to sit out on. ”

“Everything was clean and as advertised!! Modern appliances. Excellent communication with Bill, the property manager. Only a 2 hour float to Swampy’s. The convenience of the dock on the river can’t be beat!! Thanks for a refreshing long weekend slice of Rainbow River paradise!!”

“Canoe/kayaks(ride on and ride in/paddle boat… fabulous spot for anyone to stay. Friendly owners. I wanna go again, but it has to be at least a week…. 3 days wasn’t enough for us. Lovely grounds.. house is cute. Big fridge outside… I hope the wife emptied it. 5 outta 5….10 outta 10.”

“We were very happy with our stay! Property was exactly as described; so peaceful and beautiful out back! We stayed 3 nights and found everything we wanted to do was extremely close by, very convenient. We didn’t utilize all the amenities offered, but the host, Chaz, thought of everything. Board games, DVDs, fishing poles, bikes, and of course the kayaks and golf cart. You won’t get bored on a rainy day! Chaz was easy to communicate with and answered us quickly anytime we asked questions. We……

“This place was great, pictures are very accurate, lots of space for a group of 9 to spread out. Ping pong, Giant Jenga and other games provided added tons of fun. Beds and bedding are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great place. ”

“What a great cottage for our water adventures! Made me smile right away given the happy decor, well supplied kitchens, laundry and perfect dock for our flats boat and kayaks! And even a great hose there for clean up ( ie scallops) . Another plus is there are Boat launches within a block . Bed was so comfortable and the living room TV great for watching the Olympics ”

“Our family has been gathering in Dunnellon for 5 years now for Thanksgiving and our rental this time was the best rental we have found by far. It was so great we have already booked it for 2026! The property is beautiful, the house has such a great set up for a large group with so many great spots to sit and relax and catch up with extended family and friends.
