“We had a pleasant stay in this home. It was well stocked and clean. The cabin is old and comes with all the quirks that an old home brings. The beds were comfortable. The loft was a little difficult for a tall adult to get up and down from. The heating is uneven, so it stays much colder in the downstairs and bathroom. As noted the stairs leading to the house are very rough and make for a challenge carrying suitcases. All of this is noted for knowledge, not a complaint. We are very happy we chose……

“This cabin was a great place to stay! It is centrally located so we were able to enjoy Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail, Horse Farms plus trips to Danville, Shaker Village and downtown Harrodsburg. We walked to the top of the hill with our coffee every morning to enjoy the sunrise and gorgeous view. That's how to start a day! The cabin has everything you need, is very comfortable and clean! If I had one "complaint", it would be that Cabin #9 needs ovenware but we only ate in once, so it didn't……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We were allowed our 2 family dogs and the quietness was wonderful. The hosts were very accommodating and were very considerate. It snowed our last night there and they contacted us to let us know there was no hurry to check out if we were concerned about the roads. The cabin is so historic, which I truly enjoy. The cabin is located near several of the distilleries we were visiting. It is well stocked! The internet was very iffy but it gave us some great family……
