“Updated small older home. Made for a nice stay.”

“During my stay at the VRBO rental, I found the house to be cozy and the outdoor space lovely and relaxing. The kitchen and BBQ grill were a plus. However, there were a few hiccups. The Wi-Fi was spotty, which made staying connected a bit tricky. The kitchen was not equipped with a set of steak or sharp knives, nor were there dish towels or cloths to clean up dirty dishes. The upstairs guests were quite noisy, with a small child running laps at 7:00 a.m. Additionally, there was a lack of board or……

“The outdoor pool and pavilion were awesome. Grilled out daily. Tv and sound system were great. Streamed football all weekend long”

“The property needed a cleaning on the inside… cobwebs and overall dust. It seemed that no one had stayed in a while and was left as is. We had to ask the owner for washcloths because they were not provided with towels. WiFi was working half the time and was Roku so limited to watch anything. We will not stay here again but it could be a sweet place if adjusted.”

“Large house and lot to accommodate large groups well. House temp was set to 50 upon arrival so that was cold. Next to a trailer park. It’s a little bit of a drive to get anywhere, but very pretty back roads. ”

“Initial drive to the property was worrysome with surrounding properties being a little bit under maintained but our over all stay was great for what we needed. The home was very clean inside and exceeded our expectations from what we were concerned with coming down the dead end lane. when we arrived a lawn maintenance person was actively cutting grass, friendly. the entrance exit situation can be improved, you will always have to walk through grass/dirt (no walkway) to unlock the front door……

“Great clean space. Lots of sitting room with ample heat on cold days. Easy access to downtown Louisa. If I had any comments to improve on, it would be to have more cooking pans. I could only find one 8in pan. ”

“We had an outstanding visit. The property is terrific, with meadows open to sky, wooded areas with trails and a lovely pond. The house is great, very comfortable. A deep porch wraps around the rear addition, offering shade and expansive views. The kitchen is big with everything you need. Bedrooms are set up as suites, so it's pretty easy for a large group to subdivide: parents can have privacy from kids and vice versa. The interior is new and up-to-date without compromising the home's……

“My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Airstream at Lake Glen Haven. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking over the firepit, hiking atound the lake and soaking in the beautiful views. The Airstream was very well stocked and we had everything we needed. The shower was also surprisingly nice! We were able to meet the owners Ashleigh and Mike and they even brought us some fresh eggs from their chicken coop😊 Their goldendoodle, Mabel was also the perfect host and came to check on us……
