“Everything was awesome except for the closed spa... I feel like when one of the amenities that it's like major is not actually available. They should hmm, let the people know who booked the spot in case they want to change the reservation to somewhere that fits there parameters. If I knew there wasn't a spa available...in layman's terms, I would have gone somewhere else.”

“The hotel room did not have a working heater so they had a space heater instead as the manager on duty could not get it to work either. The shower had great water pressure but ran out of hot water quick. The amenities were good, even providing tooth brushes which I don't think I have ever seen in a hotel. The main things were comfy bed with linens that smelled clean and were soft. Towels that were comfy, soft and smelled clean as well, which are some of the most important things when staying……

“We stayed at the motel part of the property. It was quiet, very clean, not too cluttered nice and warm, which is nice for that area because it rains a lot. I had trouble getting my wheelchair in out of the room because of the little lip that was on the door Part of the floor and fortunately the people there helped me thank you Jade and when she couldn’t and her husband couldn’t a neighbor helped is very much appreciated. “This was a great property, especially for the price. My expectations were set low just based on the fact that the price was so low, but it was perfect for me and my dog. There was a group or family members or something that had rented many of the cottages, so it felt good to me a single woman with just a dog that there weren’t multiple Strangers in the area even though they were strangers they all knew each other. I felt pretty confident overall the place was immaculate, peaceful, clean, and had……

“The light lamp provided is out of battery. It will be great to have dish washer; it is not clear how clean the dish should be washed. The instruction for sheet and bedding was not super clear. ”

“Loved the self-catering aspect and the generosity of the amenities in the laundry/business center. Pizza restaurant on one side and another restaurant on the other were so convenient. No noise from street or other guests. Hope to stay there again!”
