They should hmm, let the people know who booked the spot in case they want to change the reservation to somewhere that fits there parameters. 「The hotel room did not have a working heater so they had a space heater instead as the manager on duty could not get it to work either. The shower had great water pressure but ran out of hot water quick. The amenities were good, even providing tooth brushes which I don't think I have ever seen in a hotel.
