“My husband and I came to visit family near by and this place was the perfect location! Very cute place, it was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable staying here. We also saw the Illama and alpaca farm in the back of the house. So cute and the animals were so friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on but otherwise we had a very nice stay. Thank you so much! ”

“We flew into town for a family event and chose to find a place for us to retreat to rather than stay with family, and to make our travels a little bit of a vacation than just a family visit. We really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the marina outlet to the ocean was great. Up early for coffee to sit and enjoy the quiet morning or a short walk up the street to search for sand dollars at Silver Strand beach. The sea lions were a hit too! We saw several play along the outlet. The pool table was……

“Here’s text I sent— Hey Reina, I was gonna wait til we left to tell you about our issues with your place and our stay here but I don’t see any reason to wait. There’s quite a few things we are unhappy with: the sleeping situation is probably the most horrible we’ve dealt with in a very long time. The pullout bed is a mess. It’s slanted downward at the head, Of course it’s a pullout so super uncomfortable but this one is old and clearly worn out. And there’s light coming in through the windows……

“The property was great! The backyard is so nice, with lots of seating option. The room was stocked so well, and had anything you could possibly need, including toiletries, an induction plate/stove, cutlery, and dishes. I had a great stay here and would stay again. ”

“The place was just as pictured, cozy and basic and very clean. It is not luxury but neither is the cost soooo….i had to consistently park the car down the street (dropped my disabled husband off in driveway) but i felt safe walking, it was well lit. Questions that i had were answered quickly. The house was conveniently located for who we were visiting and getting on freeways.”

“To make a long stories in short, it is extraordinary experience at the peak of rocky Chatsworth peak, viewing all the valley area from the peak of the mountain. Super clean property crispy clean air and sunshine and no mosquito and harmful bugs even at night with lighting. Contact the host and try to book 'C' studio. It was unforgettable memory of enjoying exclusive and hidden privileged beauty and nature of California.”

Barbara and Fred were super welcoming and met us upon arrival to show us in and help us get settled! It was quiet and just a ways out of the city which is super nice if you don’t mind driving a bit like us. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to stay again soon!”
