“We flew out to California for a family get together. Sami's place was a wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for us. The apartment is pretty large. It was enough space for the four of us. We each had our own room, two are on the smaller side, one was large. The smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. There is also plenty of street parking outside. It was perfect for the weekend. I highly recommend Sami's place! ”

“I was so glad to find this cozy, well-appointed condo in such a great location. The unit is nicely updated, clean, and quiet, and is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Hosts Riza and Miguel are great at communicating and staying in touch to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again if I return to the area. ”

“Nothing really bad but mostly an empty space. It was clean and had fans. There is a Keurig machine but no pods and the kitchen is stocked with nothing. I could understand not stocking kitchen but raise the price a little and stock coffee pods. (My 2 cents)”

“I stayed here with 4 friends, we liked that each room had its own bathroom and the kitchen & living rooms were spacious. “Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The unit was stocked with everything you could ever want and the host made it very welcoming with some snacks and a bottle of wine as well! They were very communicative along the way and the beds were very comfortable in the area very quiet and accommodating! The 9-year-old loves the basketball hoop outside and the game room as well. If you're looking for something affordable and comfortable this unit is definitely worth the booking! Highly recommend!”

“The apartment was clean but on the ground floor, packed into a gritty neighborhood in Berkeley. There were overflowing garbage cans out front. The unit has a dedicated parking spot, but was too narrow for standard SUV’s. Being on the ground floor was hard because the residents above were active at night (between 11:00 PM- 2:00 AM ) rolling a chair around, vacuuming, and a pet was running around.
