“Took a taxi to and from a local attraction. First thing both said was you are not in a safe area. Don’t walk after dark. The note on the front desk stating “there have been many vehicle break ins, leave nothing of value in your cars. We are not responsible”. This should have been a clue. Having said that we never had anything taken over two nights. Our room was facing a concrete manufacturing plant with many “bangs” and large vehicles moving throughout the morning and daytime. ”
