“Kathy is absolutely one of the best host’s we’ve ever experienced. The home was perfect- clean as a whistle and full of thoughtful treats upon arrival. The pool is wonderful, and we had plenty of space in the house for all four of us to spread out. Five stars!!!”

“ The house was beautiful and perfectly equipped, with thoughtful touches like our favorite Le Labo samples in the bathrooms. Our only slight disappointment was the timing—check-in at 4pm on Friday and check-out at 10am (extended to 12pm) on Sunday made the weekend feel a bit short. Additionally, being right on Montauk Highway made access at night feel a little tricky. That said, everything else was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay!”

“House was very very nice. It was 8 people in my group and we all fit comfortably. Perfect wooded quiet location. House was very very clean with a supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Beds and linen were very comfortable. House host was wonderful to communicate with quick responses. Everything in the house was functional, nothing was broken. We loved The Hamptons and the experience to stay here ! and ”
