“Nice place to stay with great facilities. Service at the restaurants and sports bar was great as staff were very friendly and always obliging. Room is roomy and clean except for ants daily coming into the kitchen. A bit irritating! Apart from that, an enjoyed stay.”

“Lovely stay at Fatumaru Lodge, parts bit dated as expected but all in all was ok for the price. Power problems persisted in our unit the whole visit with power going off every now and again but staff quickly reacted turning it back on. Would suspects too much of a load on the mains power. Hot water in shower was a bit of a trick to master but once you got the knack of it you could have a great shower. Would recommend asking for unit Walla which was upstairs but great private view towards Port……

“I do love the hotel. It is located in the city center. The cost of going from the airport to the hotel is reasonable. It is about 1500 VUV. The hotel includes a beautiful breakfast. The omelette is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, you can swim till 10PM at night. Towels can be borrowed from the reception. The view is major.”

“Very good location, the sea view and the beach are perfect if comparing to other resorts or hotels in Port Vila. When we found that the weather was sunny at this resort while it was rainy near the town, then we realized the choice was absolutely right. The restaurant offers very good food and nice environment, with friendly and helpful staff. Our villa with private plunge pool is perfect for couple. “Coco Beach resort is a small, quiet and local property. It’s out of town which is great if you are after a quiet experience, and you can snorkel the reef in front of the property. Negatives are the road from town (holes and potholes). The cost of food at the restaurant is also pretty high. If you have expectations of an international chain style accommodation, you will be disappointed. However it is a lovely, basic resort which is warm and welcoming. “It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.”
