“Not fancy, but very comfortable and clean. Back yard is the feature that attracted us to this property, and it exceeded expectations. Really nice and clean hot tub, large deck surrounded by Aspens, and beautiful green grass right on the Red River. We really enjoyed time in the hot tub, grilling, and sitting on the deck listening to the river. Great experience.”

“We stayed over the thanksgiving break and had a nice time. The house was just as described with plenty of space for our family to stretch out. We visited in November so we’re not able to utilize the resort amenities that were closed for the season but we enjoyed the quiet area and village shops. We will be back when the ski season is open! ”

“We stayed here for our vacation after Christmas. The cabin was exactly how it was portrayed in the ad. It was perfect size for the 6 of us. The location was convenient. The only complaint I have is the noise coming from up the hill. The moving of heavy equipment and loud trucks in the middle of the night. Other than that l, we had a wonderful stay. ”

“Spacious for our family of 4 and 3 dogs, located right on the river! The cabin is line a condo on the inside but fits really well with the landscape. Red River is a charming little town. We enjoyed all the cookware and fluffy towels, showers with great pressure and comfortable beds. We’d come back again!”

“We had a delay getting into the property. The cleaner had to spend extra time eliminating pet hair since the previous renters were there for an extended stay. We could smell the dog when we first got in and were somewhat upset. The cleaner did apologize and gave us a bottle of wine. It didn't take long with the windows open and a fire going to clear out the smell. The cabin was beautiful and the location at the end of the drive ideal. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.”
