“This house was absolutely amazing! The views were breathtaking, and the home had all the amenities and space we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect balance—close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The owners were quick to respond to any questions, making our stay even smoother. A great bonus was the RV park next door, which allowed us to use the washer and dryer. 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay again!”

“Accommodations were very comfortable lots of good pillows. Great dining table. Couch was falling apart.The floors had not been clean since the previous people stayed in there so it was kind of dirty. The fireplace was dirty, we did not use it. kitchen floor had food on the floor from the previous occupants. Lot of room in the bed rooms !”

“We had plenty of space, linens well stocked, cabin stayed warm it was close to the slopes & downtown. The paint throughout the cabin needs to be touched up. Lower level shower is very small. “Spacious for our family of 4 and 3 dogs, located right on the river! The cabin is line a condo on the inside but fits really well with the landscape. Red River is a charming little town. “Our family spent the week of Christmas at this house and had a wonderful time. It snowed on Christmas Day which made it even better. The house is located very close to town and easy to go back and forth for tubing, skiing, shopping, and eating. I would definitely recommend this house.”

“The location is nice. Feels secluded , kids loved hiking along the creek up into the mountain valley. Cabin was clean and warm. The only complaint from us is that the owner needs to take the code off of the TV. It was very annoying to have to enter it all the time, and not being able to use our own streaming apps. Would definitely stay again but would bring my own television, lol”
