“游泳池、篝火、BBQ都齐全，2楼房间有阳台。停车位比较多，方便停车。酒店无餐，但是对面有个join‘s很好吃。总体不错。”

“Great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely property and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Would go back there. Very disappointed that coffee is not available in the rooms nor in reception area until 7:30AM. We had to walk to a coffee shop daily for coffee. We also had inadequate body wash and lotion daily, they need to leave enough for two people!”

“I received my confirmation Tuesday before our check in Saturday... the place was being painted and closed BECAUSE the property had been sold! NO NOTIFICATION to us and it took a little over an hour to find another property comparable. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of communication ”

“I always enjoy staying at los Arboles when I come to Palm Springs for our annual convention. It’s such a quaint and quiet property that offers the seclusion that’s needed for a relaxing holiday. However, I was super bummed that the restaurant wasn’t opened since it's one of my favorite amenities.”
