“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“The condo was extremely clean, spacious, and extraordinarily well equipped. There were many thoughtful anticipatory touches like tons of soft blanket throws, pillows and a first aid kit! Beds and pillows were all extremely comfortable. Fold out beds and mattresses were a little hard for children but they managed. Views were fabulous, including of skating rink less than a block away (skate rentals available). Condo is remarkably quiet for being on a street with many shops and good restaurants.……

“This condo worked perfectly for our needs. It was very well-equipped and within walking distance of Old Quebec (20 min.). Also, it was a few short blocks from St. Jean Street which had all kinds of shops and restaurants, including a grocery store. The only thing that did not work for us was parking on the street. So we parked at Place Quebec, about a 10 min. walk away from the condo.”

“Just a short walk from Old Town, and around the corner from a fantastic neighborhood street of shops and restaurants. We were here for Christmas and had a wonderful time—easy to walk to city attraction, but also a nice place for an evening in.”

“Nice, clean condo, within walkable distance of Quebec city center. Perfect for a short stay. Grocery store and bakery/coffee shop conveniently located nearby. Parking located behind building was a big plus. Plan to bring quarters if you want to use washer and dryer. Jean-Rene was very supportive and responsive.”

“Lovely little apartment and we had a great time. It is right beside a main road, which was great for getting around, but did make for some tossing and turning for the lightest sleeper in our family. Everything else was awesome though and I would definitely return and recommend. Thanks!”

“Le condo est très propre, bien équipé et tout près du chalet de la station de ski. Il y a un grand escalier à monter pour se rendre au condo et la neige peut parfois rendre l'exercice difficile mais ce n'est pas insurmontable. La chambre en mezzanine peut rendre la cohabitation bruyante mais pas invivable. Mathieu aura été un hôte très proactif et "sur la coche". Merci”

“Excellence is not a strong enough word for this for this place. Our host was attentive to our needs and available when needed. The location is amazing, especially if you’re at the winter carnival and the flat was well appointed comfortable, and had a studying ambience of the old town. 5 star experience. ”
