"We had such a great time at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. Our room was perfect for our family of four, with two double beds that worked really well for my wife and our two young kids. The room itself was gorgeous and super comfortable. The hotel is just stunning. You really feel like you're staying in a castle, and everything from the lobby to the hallways had this classic, premium feel to it. The staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights for our kids was a little scavenger hunt they had set up around the hotel. It was a really fun touch and they loved the prize at the end. The whole stay was really pleasant and quiet, and honestly this was probably one of the best hotel experiences we've had so far. Would definitely recommend it, especially if you're traveling with kids."

" I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and is very impressed overall. The location is fantastic—just a 12-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for both travel and dining. The staff were another highlight: professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms are well appointed, modern, and comfortable, showing real attention to detail in both design and amenities. However, the gym was a real letdown. For a hotel that excels in so many areas, the outdated and poorly equipped fitness center was disappointing. It felt like an afterthought, which is surprising given the otherwise high standards throughout the property. All in all, I’d still recommend this hotel for its location, service, and quality—just don’t expect much if you’re planning to work out during your stay."
