“I am extremely happy to have chosen this location for my trip to STX. The Owners Chad and Emily were excellent and extremely hospitable throughout my stay. The unit was very well decorated, clean, and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was excellent for accessing all parts of the island and the neighborhood was gated and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property for those looking for the perfect vacation rental on STX.”

“Excellence property. Easily would have been 5 stars had they not been cutting concrete everyday we were there next to the pool. I’d love to come back when there’s not construction going on. Really takes away from the ambience of the pool cabana experience ”

“The View! Just breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up every morning and watch the ocean from the bed. Drinking coffee on the terrace or reading book at evening was my favorite. The owner provided everything you need to enjoy your vacation. ”

“It's nearly impossible to describe perfection! When we arrived and saw the spectacular view, my husband and I both said, "Wow!" The pictures on VRBO of the view, the home and the pool are 100% accurate. The house was clean and tidy and the bed was top-notch. I'm certain we've found our "home-away-from home" and intend to return year after year. Alex was an excellent host and as an added bonus we had a sweet dog and two kitties that would occasionally come to visit! ”

“This was the 3rd time we've visited St Thomas, but the first time taking our adult sons. And, we did it for Thanksgiving! We loved the Seaview Villa and really appreciated all of us having our own space with the 3 separate sleeping areas. Beautiful view from the deck for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails by the pool. We had one day of rain, which was nice to sit under the covered pergolas. “We loved our stay here! Our 9 year wedding anniversary Mid-End July 2021. A a stay in paradise away from the kidos was exactly what we needed. It was a short walk to my favorite Coki Beach and Coral World on a quick trail that took us from the Shoreline bar and grill, through pineapple beach (small beach in front of margaritaville) and popped us out on the road by coki beach. At our resort there were on site pools and the Shoreline Bar and Grill was our favorite spot to eat. I can't say enough……

“Little Palm was the perfect place for us. Ann and Rik were wonderful hosts. They provided tips on the best places to go, were quick to reply to text messages and everything else we could have needed like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear were provided. We loved the wrap around screened in porch and we spent many evenings having gatherings around the large porch dining room table.
