“The hotel has subcontracted out their food and beverage service. You are directed to their 3rd floor resturant. It overlooks an infinity pool with a lovely view. The food is something similar to prison food at top notch prices. Compared to a Motel 6 breakfast, the Motel 6 is fine dining. Breakfast if you can call it that, includes eggs made with Egg Beaters, tastless bread and the most scimpy buffet possible. If they can ruin it, they have already thought of it. “The property was wonderful! I went as a solo traveler, and felt extremely safe at all times. You can walk to the town in palm beach in just 10 minutes. The beach always had lounge chairs available, and a lot of shade available with the beach huts. Upon booking I was emailed that I had $590 in credits at hotel, but upon checking in, was only given a few “vouchers” worth $10 or $15. Otherwise, everything was great. ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“It was beautiful, the staff was gracious, the food was excellent. What caught me off guard was that, the room, though excellent, overlooked a scrappy parking lot. Beyond the parking lot was a side view of the expansive, blue ocean.”
