We arrived to the condo and the security guard insisted we provide the exact condo number. We provided all of the information Orbitz provided us and there was a lot of confusion. Finally, he made a phone call and the owner of the condo didn't even know we were checking in. She had the wrong date and had not sent any check in instructions whatsoever. “I had a 5 day reservation, I booked through Expedia. The day of check in i showed up at the property twice. The second attempt to check in i met the manager/owner’s nephew who says he usually does check ins and rentals but my Expedia reservation and receipt needed approval from his aunt that’s away. We called endlessly to no avail. So i looked for another place. Days later she finally got back to me through WhatsApp. She apologized and i empathized with her as an entrepreneur as well. After……
