“The room was 2 hours from the airport and difficult to find because there wasn’t a sign or anything to let you know where it is. I reserved a room with air conditioning, a mini bar, an ocean view, a microwave, and continental breakfast. When I finally found it, the owner said he did not have a reservation for me, and said he had an empty room I could stay in. This room did not have air, an ocean view, a mini bar, or a microwave. I also never saw breakfast or any other meal. I stayed for 4 days……

“I had a 5 day reservation, I booked through Expedia. The day of check in i showed up at the property twice. The second attempt to check in i met the manager/owner’s nephew who says he usually does check ins and rentals but my Expedia reservation and receipt needed approval from his aunt that’s away. We called endlessly to no avail. So i looked for another place. Days later she finally got back to me through WhatsApp. She apologized and i empathized with her as an entrepreneur as well. After……
