“We really enjoyed the stunning view, layout, roominess and well appointed apartment. The communication between our host Melanie was excellent, she was very accommodating. Only negative was the lack of AC in the main room. (2 bedrooms have split units.) Although there is a nice cross breeze from the Ocean on a very hot day it's not enough. ”

“My family gathered at The Big White Villa for a reunion. The location is perfect with amazing views from the balcony, and we were right next to a national historic monument. Best of all, the beach was a short walk away. There were plenty of rooms, balconies, nooks, etc. for my family to hang out, talk, eat, sleep, etc. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and can use some modernizing/refurbishing. “Full disclosure, I have lost count of our return trips to AnnRam Sunrise Villa. We return time and time again for several reasons. The Villa is always spotlessly clean and comfortable. The views are stunning and the breeze on top of the hill is always with you. The gated property and staff give you a tremendous sense of security and in the countless visits over the past 8 years, we have never had the slightest issue. “This property is as represented in the listing, in a gated community, safe and clean. We had 10 family members, ages 12 through adult, and fit very comfortably in the villa. The beach was lovely and only a short walk down from the villa. It was very suitable for our teenage children, who loved the waves. The beach is a bit rocky (the villa had 4 beach chairs, which was nice), so recommend bringing water shoes. I highly recommend using the chef services. We had two meals prepared a day for 10……

“The house was equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. But what made it really special was having such a warm, friendly, and professional staff. Herma, Blossom, Debbie, and Ricky went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. “After researching TONS of rentals and hotels, we picked here and it was the best choice by far! I also looked at the other villas on the cove and we all agreed, this was the best one because of its position, and the indoor outdoor furnishings. Never have we done so little on a vacation, but decided to cancel our tours and just stay put. There is acres of green grass, giant 100 year old trees. “My overall stay was good and I enjoyed my stay. The condo looks exactly as pictured but I did think that it was going to be bigger than it was. I like the area. The host always responded timely when I had a question. The condo was secured with a security guard present 24 hours and gated access. The condo was across the street from Margaritaville, shops, restaurants, and the movies. It was a couple steps from the beach and free beach access was included.
