Great hotel to stay at before our cruise from the Tokyo international cruise port. We also loved that we could take the airport limousine bus from Narita Terminal 1 to the hotel as this is one of the stops for the bus. We loved the breakfast buffet that was included with our room. Lots of variety and the items changed on our 2nd day so that we got the opportunity to try out some new breakfast items. Would definitely book again when we are cruising out of the Tokyo Port.

Great hotel and helpful that it's a "Good Neighbor Hotel" with shuttles to Disney. Limited shuttle time though (as well as to Narita) so be aware of that. Otherwise, great faculty with a Lawson inside, and close to transportation. We enjoyed our stay!

This property is in a perfect spot to get into the city but also have a bit of a break from the rush. It is in a very clean area with lots of dining options around. The property itself is very clean and has great amenities. The staff is very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel. It is more corporate focussed than family. It’s in a good location by the train station. It had some basic food options around it. They had bath salts, and other lotions when you check in, which was nice to have. This hotel is a little pricey compared to the other hotels that we stayed at in the area that were similar, but cost less. Their buffet breakfast was very nice at a reasonable price.

Great location to stay for Disneyland and just 20-30mins to Ginza area for shopping. Facilities are slightly older, but staff were fantastic and room was very comfortable.

My check in was good except for a phone call from front desk that I received in the middle of the night because they haven’t charged me for taxes or something, and I was sound asleep after 24 hours of flying from my country in Central America. Needless to say that I wasn’t able to go back to sleep, but otherwise, I got sick the next day and all the members from the front desk were outstanding going out of their way to accomodate my needs of going to the hospital. So I didn’t sleep much but had a pmeasnt stay.
