One elevator out but that was communicated and did not cause any problems. Property has done a nice cleanup after the hurricanes. Living area had comfortable furniture and kitchen had everything you could need. Very clean and great location. Would stay again. ”

“Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). We booked a room for 4 single people and they only set it up for 2 people.They refused to give us a……

Beds were old and very worn, no toilet paper holder in primary bathroom, light bulbs burnt out, closet door handles missing, primary bathroom fan inoperable. Overall, great property but missing the details. Maintenance/ cleaning staff needs to step up their game. ”

“Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future.”

“The place is wonderful the owner and employees are also. The only reason gave less stars on description is the restaurant for dinner was not open or live music which is part of why I booked it. But we walked downtown and there is many many restaurants.”
