“Recovering from a hurricane. So the front lobby doesn’t exist and the elevators were not working. And we were on the 4th floor. However the place was lovely and very comfortable. Very loud thumping music next door at 1am and no front desk to help out. Individual other guests were just ignored by the occupants”
