Not only is it nicely appointed it is centrally located between Knoxville and Sevierville affording many nice dining opportunities and convenience. When leaving the game if you park in the State St garage you will avoid nearly all post game traffic!”

Could use some extra lighting in the living / dining area (maybe a floor lamp for the corner); only one table lamp (which needs replacing) in living / dining area.
