The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2 storey building. It's the first on the floor, you only have one flat next door.
This apartment complex is very private and quiet most of the time.
The management is extremely strict (please check the house rules when moving in), which keeps the tenants in order and ensures that you are not disturbed and are safe.
In the apartment you will find 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a single shower room with toilet and a living room which is connected to the kitchen area.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal or drink.
The entrance to the property has a secure door and intercom so you can answer your visitors and open the door. You will have a single car garage with an electric gate to park your car overnight. A street parking space is available for visitors.
There are 3 staircases and a lift for your convenience should you need it.

Neighborhood description
This property is situated on a quiet side of Swakopmund CBD, 4 minutes walk from Jetty Restaurant and a public beach, 7 minutes walk from the National Marine Aquarium. There are several banks, pharmacies and a shopping area within a 5 minute walk. You can walk around safely during the day and late at night. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
A supermarket and a deli store/café are literally around the corner. This is where you can get your groceries and freshly baked bread.
- Getting around
You can get around on foot or by car. During the day, especially in high season, parking can be a problem. There are free and paid parking spots with guards who usually take 10NAD or less in coins (about $0.50).
As this apartment is located in the CBD, it is convenient to leave your car in an outdoor parking area or garage and take a walk.
